Presley Laughs!

I finally got some video of Presley laughing out loud at her Daddy.  Enjoy!

Aiden's Birthday Party

Keegan was invited to Aiden's birthday party.  Aiden is the one in the yellow shirt.  He's our neighbor.  His party was at Pump It Up and Keegan had a great time!

The kids enjoying party favors and yummy chocolate cake.

Aiden is a big Spiderman fan.  So Keegan got to wear a Spidy mask.

Presley hanging with Mommy.

Mike got in on the action, too.

I finally got some great shots of Presley laughing.  She and I were playing and she was laughing out loud.  Luckily, I had the camera nearby.  Such a happy girl!

A Beautiful Day Outside

It was gorgeous out this day, so the kiddos and I decided to take advantage of the warm weather and spend the day outside.  Presley enjoyed swinging while Keegan and I played a little soccer, a little baseball, frisbee.... You name, it we played it.

Keegan decided it was too hot for a shirt.  It actually was pretty warm.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Little Presley all decked out in her green for the day.

Such a happy baby girl.

Keegan and Presley playing around in the floor together.

They truly love one another.

Keegan having a bite of a cookie.  We made cookies for RJ Young and took them to the office that afternoon.  Keegan, of course, had to have one.

Incredible Pizza Day

We took Keegan to Incredible Pizza for the afternoon to have some lunch and play some games.  These pics were taken with the iPhone.  Had to test it out a bit further.

Presley snoozed while Keegan played games.

Mike and I finally got iPhones.  Here's a pic taken with my iPhone of our sleeping princess.  Not bad....

Presley Pics

Presley, like her big brother, doesn't like tummy time too much.  We're still working on it.  But she does like to sort of be on her tummy while laying on her daddy.  Of course, Daddy tickles her with his whiskers.

Presley hasn't quite decided if she likes this contraption or not.  This is her bebe pod - a little seat designed to help babies learn to sit up.

She tolerates it for short periods of time.

Keegan had to get in on the action.

Teething Already

Presley is such a happy baby.  Give her milk, a nap, and now something to chew on (usually her hands) and she is good to go.

Let the drooling begin!

It's hard to believe she could already be teething.  Didn't we just bring her home from the hospital???

A Bathtub for Keegan

Another Keegan story....

Keegan was looking up at the sky and turned to me and said, "Mommy, why is the sky blue?"  I'm guessing he has heard this question somewhere, though his imagination is wild so he could have come up with it on his own.  At that moment, I broke into my spiritual teaching explaining to my sweet son that God made the sky blue as well as the trees, the grass, the flowers, etc.  Keegan then replies that God made our house.  I agreed, explaining that God blesses us daily with all these nice things we have like our house.  "And my bedroom?"  Again, I agreed explaining that he and Presley both had a nice bedroom because God had blessed us with such a great house.  Keegan got excited and jumped on the bandwagon saying "And He gave me a bathtub!"  Now, we have the bathtub that came with the house but I couldn't crush this little guy's spirit so I quickly replied yes, God gave Keegan a bathtub.  I have no idea where it came from but I laughed and then cried at how wonderful a 3 year old's mind truly can be when learning about God.  PRAISE HIM for ALL of our blessings!

It's Just Sleepy....

Keegan and I were sitting on the couch watching a movie together when he turned to me and said his foot felt funny.  I was noticing the position he was sitting in and guessed that his foot had probably fallen asleep.  So I told him to change positions and his foot would feel better.  He did, but then got back in the same position he was in before.  I asked him why would he want his foot to feel funny and his reply was, "It's okay.  It's just sleepy."

LET IT SNOW!!!

Since moving to Memphis, Mike and I had been told that if it's going to snow at all it will snow in March.  Sure enough, the last two years we've had big snow falls in March.  We got about 8 inches or so which is more snow than I've seen since I was a child.  Keegan has never seen this much snow so he absolutely loved it!  This pic is Mike and Keegan throwing snowballs at the window where I was sitting all warm and toasty inside watching the two of them play while Presley snoozed.

Keegan and Mike throwing snowballs at me.

The snow came up to Keegan's knees.  He had a bit of a hard time walking around in it.

And of course, he had to eat some of it.

But only the white snow!

Hi, Mom!

Making a snow angel.

More snow angels.

Here's a short video of Mike and Keegan in the snow.  Mike was trying to start building a snowman for Keegan but Mike would get so far and Keegan would knock it down. Mike eventually gave up so we never got a snowman.
