At Home

My sister, Susan complained that there were no pictures posted of Keegan in the new apartment. Well, I didn't get much of the apartment but I did manage to get a few of Keegan just hanging out. Here he is snuggling up to his big bear that Aunt Leigh got him when he was born. He just now thinks this bear is awesome because it's about as big as he is and it makes a great pillow.

He's watching Madagascar. Not sure what the face is for.

Here's my big boy. He's starting to master eating with a fork.

This is the same fork that I used as a child. Sweet, huh?!

Keegan's First Memphis Playdate

We went to our first playdate after the move and it was total chaos for the parents but the kids had a blast. It was in a gym at a community center with just a few toys and the kids were able to just run free all over the place which proved to be quite a challenge for us moms.

This is Keegan's new friend, Rylee. She is a cutie! She and her family just moved to the area from VA.

Out and About

We got out this past weekend (our first official weekend here) and did a little exploring. Keegan immediately noticed these four wheelers and had to get on them.

He's ALL boy!

First Day in Memphis

Our first official day in Memphis and Keegan was a little cranky. He had been in a car too long and didn't quite understand all the boxes. But once he started seeing all of his familiar things, he began to get more comfortable.

Here's Mike walking out of his new office. He's really enjoying his new gig.

RJ Young, Memphis branch.

Baby Graisyn

Our friends, Stacey and Chad gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Graisyn June. We went to visit our new friend and Keegan was very sweet with her. He really liked her toes. But when Mommy was holding the baby, he got a little jealous. He wanted Mommy to hold him as well. Might not be quite ready for a sibling.

Keegan's Last Hendersonville Playdate

Keegan and I attended his last playdate at Kids' Party Jumps. There was a huge group of moms and their kids there. The place was packed. Here's Keegan trying to decide just how far he's willing to go in one of the bouncing castles.

He was much braver than I thought he'd be. Just when I thought he wanted out he'd go back for more.

Of course, his favorite thing was the cozy coupe.

Until he discovered the slide. We had to climb all the way up this "ladder" to go down the slide. Keegan wore me out.

There he goes! He would slide down by himself on his tummy. He knows no fear.

He kept trying to walk up the slide but couldn't understand why he'd slide right back down.

What fun!

Our last quick trip back home.

Keegan and I made our last quick trip back home to Kentucky before we move to Memphis. The fish pond is always a big hit.

Keegan helped Nani water the plants and flowers......

and himself.

He had to get a little drink for himself and got soaked in the process.

He had a little ice cream which gave him brain freeze.

And he HAD to take a ride on Peeper's lawn mower.

The lawn mower and the tractor were probably his favorite things.

He tried on Tataw's hat. Aunt Sue got a good laugh.

And he played tug-o-war with his great, great-grandmother. We had a great time as always.
