Rockin' Horse

Keegan is rockin' away on his new rocking horse which was made by his great-grandfather. Thanks to Mimi for passing it down. It's a little big for him but it won't be for long.

New Teeth!

Keegan finally has his first tooth! Actually, he has two now. We got him his first toothbrush which he mostly just chews on but it gets him used to the idea and in a good habit. I'm still working on getting a picture of the actual teeth. He doesn't like to show them off too much.

Car fun

Mike bought Keegan his first pair of sunglasses. He didn't seem to mind them too much at all. How cool is this dude??

Keegan is sucking on his big toe. He's been trying to get that toe in his mouth for months now.

First Boo Boo

We have our first boo boo. Keegan took a nose dive toward something he saw on his side table and when he does that you have to be ready because he's so quick. Obviously, Mommy wasn't ready and he hit the edge of his table. He really didn't cry at all. Just got mad for a minute or two. He just had a red mark above his right eye briefly. It was gone the very next day.

Hanging with Friends

Kerry and Dana Crotts invited us over for dinner. Keegan got to play with his uncle Pickle.

Keegan and I had fun at the Rainforest Cafe.

Mimi, my stepmother, Sherry came through Nashville and stopped for a visit with us. So we spent the afternoon at Opry Mills.

Of course, we HAD to go into Bass Pro Shop - Mike's favorite store. Keegan did enjoy the aquarium, however. Too bad you can't see the huge bass swimming by him.

Mimi took Keegan on his first carousel ride. He liked it at first but then realized he had to sit still once it started. He doesn't sit very well.

After all the excitement, Keegan takes a long needed nap. We had a great afternoon!

Battah Bash 2006

Our friend, Wiam Battah has a yearly party for old friends from Hopkisville and old EKU friends. This year, the Battah bash was a bit different. Wiam and his wife Kim are expecting their first child. So here we all are with all our kids at the first FAMILY Battah Bash.

New Big Boy Seat

Keegan's infant seat only went up to 22 pounds and we've exceeded that weight. So Mike and I had to buy Keegan a new big boy seat. Hopefully, this one will last a long time.
