Keegan's Boo Boo

There have been many bumps, scrapes and bruises in Keegan's 2 years; however, I believe this one is probably the worst he's had so we decided to document it.  Unfortunately, I have passed on my gracefulness to my son.  We were getting ready to go see Daddy at work and Keegan's feet were just moving slower than his brain and he stumbled and fell hitting his head on our iron coat rack.

A huge knot immediately appeared along with a line through it where he hit the coat rack.  Needless to say, Keegan was very upset and it took a while to calm him down from this one.

But he did eventually calm down and all is well.  He acted like his old self so we knew he was fine....

Until I cleaned it and put some ointment on it to keep it from getting infected.  That made him mad all over again.

But a band aid and a kiss from Mommy made it all better again.  Poor little guy.  But what a tough cookie we have on our hands.

Valentine's Day 2008

Keegan and I ready to go to our Valentine's Day dinner.

The family at Firebirds.  This picture is a perfect representation of how the night went.  We got there and instead of waiting for a table we opted to sit in the bar.  The table was way too small for the three of us.  Keegan was extra fussy and did not want to sit still.  So he kept throwing things in the floor and almost fell out of the chair 2 or 3 times.  Mike's food was not good and we had to send it back.  All I could do was laugh.

Keegan discovering just how fantastic chocolate covered strawberries are.

Me and my Valentine's Day gifts from Mike.

Keegan and his Valentine's Day gifts.  He got a Mr. Potato Head which he absolutely LOVES!  He also got a new bulldozer and a small box of chocolates.

Keegan and Daddy dressed and ready to go.

Our cutie patootie Valentine.

My friend, Jamie and I decided to be a little creative this year with our Valentine's Day presents to our hubbies.  We're the next Marthas.  I'm dipping strawberries into chocolate.

Here's Jamie cutting a heart out of pineapple.

The finished product.  This is Mike's Valentine's Day present.  Yummy, huh??!!

I wanna be like Daddy.

Check it!

Keegan & Connor

Jamie and Connor came over to play one day and Jamie had a hard time getting Connor to take a nap.  So she put him in his stroller and took him for a short walk and that did the trick.  When the boys woke up from napping, Keegan had to get into Connor's stroller.  He just wanted to sit in it and have his snack and watch his cartoons.

A refreshed Connor.

Connor and Keegan watching cartoons.

I wish I could remember what they were watching but it's obviously pretty funny to Connor.

Backyard Fun

Keegan was playing like crazy with his tractor.  I tried like crazy to get a little of it on video but when I finally got the camera out and ready, this is all I got.  But it's sweet...

Super Bowl 2008

Our friends, Jamie, Tom and Connor came over to our new pad to watch the Super Bowl with us.  We had great food and fabulous company.  We all routed for the NY Giants and were very excited when they pulled off an unexpected win.  Keegan is wearing Connor's diaper around his neck.  Not sure what was going on here....

Sleepy Keegan and me.

Just the boys watching the pre-game show.

Just the girls.

A goofier version of the girls...

Keegan's had enough football.

A slap happy Keegan just before he passed out on his daddy.
