New way of drinking...

Keegan insisted on taking his milk for a ride in his dump truck. However, it was a tight fit so he fussed until I finally got it in there for him. So when he went to get a drink the truck stayed stuck to his sippy cup. Apparently it didn't bother him. After his drink he went back to giving his milk a ride around the room.

Dirty

Mike was mowing the yard this evening so Keegan and I decided to go out and enjoy the warm weather. As you can see, Keegan found the dirt - again.

I think this is the dirtiest this kid has ever been. But he really enjoyed himself.

Lucy didn't really know what to think about him.

Keegan listens to Daddy's tunes.

He didn't like that song. He's trying to find another.

Nashville Culture

Mike, Keegan and I took in a little of the city's culture. Actually, my niece, Kiran had a project at school that she needed some help with and this involved taking her "Flat Stanley" to some interesting places so her class could learn about different parts of the world. Notice Mike holding a paper man? That's Flat Stanley. Kiran sent him to Keegan with hopes that we'd take him somewhere interesting. So we took him to all the places that you think of when you think of Nashville, TN. The Grand Ole Opry being the first.

Then we took him to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Of course, I had to get a picture with Elvis - I love him!

We had to take pictures of Flat Stanley at all the places we took him to see and send them to Kiran. So here's one of Mike holding him in front of the Hall of Fame. We were afraid to let Keegan hold him - he would have ended up in shreds, I'm sure.

At the Museum, Keegan spotted a fly swatter in shape of a guitar. He loved it so we had to get it for him. Who knew a toddler would love such a simple thing?

You'd never know this kid was feeling bad this day, huh? Guess the Tylenol kicked in! We had a good day learning about Nashville. We actually took Flat Stanley to a couple of other places. Then we sent him back to Madison, WI to Kiran. Hope we did a good job!

Opry Mills

We went to Opry Mills to do a little shopping and Keegan had to check out the "rides". He really liked these cars as long as they weren't moving.

We couldn't get him off of them. We spent a lot of time going from one to the next.

We also took Keegan to Stingray Reef. He really likes to see the stingrays, though he wouldn't touch one this time.

Mike shows Keegan the iguana. He wasn't too crazy about it.

Keegan seems more interested in the spiders.

Watching the stingrays a little more.

Baby Battah

Our good friends, Wiam and Kim finally introduced us to their son, William. William is now 3 months old and such a cutie! We all got together at the Marcums' house and had a great time. I had way too many good pictures to share....

Gage gets in on the action. Don't think Will is too sure...

All of the Marcum boys love Mr. Mike. Gage is showing Mr. Mike some love.

Gavin, Graham and Sydney are entertaining Wiam with some toys.

Keegan peeps at baby Will but he is more interested in Will's new toy.

Baby Will takes a snooze. Being passed around has finally gotten the best of him.

Keegan and his daddy.

All the girls - Me, Kim, De Anna and Tonya.

Mike, Gavin and Glenn.

All the Hoptown boys and their kids. It was a very proud moment for all the guys.

I just had to squeeze on Will - just a little.

Mommy Kim and her baby boy.

Daddy Wiam trying to sooth his baby boy. (Sorry, it's a little blurry).

Here's Scott reading a book to Sydney.

Graham having some fun with Mr. Mike.

Syndey's smile will melt your heart.

We all think he's a good mixture of both, Wiam and Kim.

Keegan had an absolute blast playing with all of the Marcum kids' toys. He was in heaven.

Mike's a natural....

De Anna, too.

Glenn and Wiam - Good times!

Happy Easter!

I tried to get these in some sort of order but I just ended up messing it up even more. Keegan is ready to find some Easter eggs!

He didn't think the bunny sunglasses were quite as funny as I did.

Here's the basket before Keegan happened.

The destruction of the Easter basket.

Like that bed head?

Aunt Steph, I mean, the Easter bunny is ready to hide some eggs.

Keegan is ready to swing his new golf club from Aunt Steph and Uncle Fred.

Here's the new set of golf clubs.

A new truck from Grammy & Gramps...

and a horse flashlight which is lots of fun.

He thinks his bunny sunglasses go on top of his head because that's the way he's seen his daddy wear his sunglasses.

Keegan takes some time to play with the neighbor's cat.

Precious baby!

He wanted to take all the eggs and put them in his hands instead of putting them in the basket.

Hunting his first Easter eggs.
