Flat Stanley - Take 2

For those of you who might not know, The Noffs have been on a nice, long family vacation to NC. We had a blast! So that explains the little lull in blog posting. But before I get to all the glorious vacation pics, I need to play a little catch up.

Long time blog followers may remember a post about Flat Stanley coming to visit our house when we lived in Nashville. My niece, Kiran was in first grade then and she asked us to show Flat Stanley around. Now my nephew, Rohun, is in first grade and has sent Flat Stanley to us, once again, so we can show him around Memphis. Keegan was so excited to do this project for his cousin. I hope that when Keegan is in first grade his teacher introduces Flat Stanley to his class.

We first took Flat Stanley to Graceland, of course....










And then to sun Studios....









Then to Beale street for a little rhythm and blues...




And to the Lorraine Motel where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Was assassinated...









...which is also home to the National Civil Rights Museum...





And finally, we took him to see the mighty Mississippi River.





We stuck around a bit to have some family fun.

















Flat Stanley is all packaged up along with his souvenirs and ready to head home to Rohun in Wisconsin. We enjoyed your visit!
