March Snow

Apparently if it snows in Memphis it snows in March.  At least that's what we're told.  We got about 4 inches or so and Keegan LOVED it!  But we were so not equipped to handle snowy weather.  The first night I bundled him up best I could but the only thing we had to put on his feet were tennis shoes.  Mike found some little boots for him so at least his feet stayed warm and dry on the second day.  However, he kept falling in the snow and eventually got too wet to stay outside.  That didn't go over too well with him.  Here's his snowman that he and Daddy built on our patio table.  Keegan kept eating the eyes (chocolate chips) and nose (carrots) off of him and asking me to bring him more.

Mike was using this as a bucket to scoop up snow to build things but Keegan only wanted to eat it.

Talk about "You might be a redneck if..."!!  Well, we finally have a flat backyard and haven't seen snow like this in years.  So this was the best we could do for a sleigh ride.  Keegan loved it either way.

This was taken the first night when it was still snowing and the wind was blowing.  He's trying to kick the snow off of his tractor.

He got frustrated because the tractor wouldn't go in the snow.

I love this picture!  He's amazed at the snow falling all around him.

This is one of my favorites as well.  When the wind would blow, he would duck for cover.
